All defective products will be accepted by us for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion within 10 days from the invoice date. After 10 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Due to the nature of your products, we do not offer refunds in any product due to hygiene purposes.
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by us are subject to a restocking fee of 18%-20%, as well as the freight cost to deliver your item, and must be completed within 10 days of the date of invoice.
